PECO Patented Plastic Roller Features: Top Pusher Roller has Plastic outboards that rotate eccentric to the inner UHMW pusher plastic. This eccentric position of the outboard wheel prevents the outboard wheel from coming in contact with the tire. Plastic outboards attach to a ¾” diameter shaft. The ¾” outboard shaft rotates about a UHMW press-in bushing. Pushing height is 3 5/8”. This roller is all plastic and will not wear the conveyor surface as quickly as steel rollers will. This roller is not recommended for front wheel pull applications. Idler Section is completely removable from main roller assembly. The roller can be taken off the chain without disconnecting the chain. Each wide idler is 2 ¾” in length. Removable bolt-on shaft Chain Connection. Link is a D88K M-2. Attaches to D88K chain.
