The P-3ss Stainless Steel Roller Correlator is designed to align the front and rear wheels of a vehicle with the conveyor guide rails as the vehicle enters the conveyor. This roller correlator accomplishes this with the weight of the vehicle tires against the roller tubes. In conjunction with the entrance roller guide rails, allows the rollers to rotate moving the vehicle right or left so that the tire enters the conveyor guide rail on center. This roller correlator features 24 stainless steel roller tubes for maximum support. Its structure is hot dipped galvanized for long term durability and its self-lubricating UHMW Plastic bearings rotate for many years without any maintenance.
