PECO’s Interlock Control Station Deluxe offers nine power interlock circuits, exit anti-collision control, and a system start-up alarm output. The power interlock system controls equipment power by monitoring the status of e-stops and several safety critical sensors. The exit anti-collision control system ensures vehicles exiting the tunnel on a short site do not collide into each other. The system is also equipped with indicator lights(low oil, low air, e-stop,aux.) that allow the operator visual inspection of system status during emergency shut down.
All car wash conveyors need an interlock that sounds an alarm / horn prior to starting the conveyor.
The Interlock Control Station Deluxe system is equipped with an exit anti-collision terminal, this feature will only work if you purchase a ground loop or eye system to send a signal to this unit when a car is at the exit of the car wash.
